As a family-owned business, we are passionate about what we do, taking great pride in what we grow and create.
“Part of Naylors’ success lies in our tradition of working the soil with much love and care.”
(Simon Naylor, CEO)
It all started in 1909 when William Naylor journeyed to Lincolnshire, UK to help his sister out. Having fallen in love with the beautiful countryside, he decided to put down roots and bought a little farm.
Throughout World War I and II, when food was scarce, Naylor continued to run a working farm. It provided a steady supply of food crops even through those times of crisis.
This speaks of the importance of reliability and consistency of supply for Naylors, even during times of crisis. We care about our customers and never let them down. These qualities have become synonymous with Naylors right from the start, and have remained at the core of our business even today, through consistent application over the years.
With a team of dedicated agronomists, Naylors still run a truly authentic British farm. Through continuous innovation using modern technology, we continue to grow and adapt with changing times.
As the fourth-generation of the family oversee the company, Simon Naylor has taken his family-owned business to the next level, diversifying from the cultivation of premium vegetables into food manufacturing.
At Naylors, we don’t just pre-pack our salads with quality produce harvested from our own farms. We care about offering our customers the very best − we have an inhouse team of chefs crafting well-tested, scrumptious recipes for all our salads.
